We specialized in SAFE, low impact training our style and method require NO HIGH IMPACT RUNNING, NO HIGH JUMPING & NO EXTREMELY HEAVYWEIGHTS. While other regimens can break you down over time, we felt the need to create a sustainable method that strengthens, empowers, protects and corrects you. With intelligence and direction, we naturally rebuild the body and change the status quo of how people think about fitness. This effective fitness regimen is built to specifically target and isolate each muscle group while giving you the ultimate cardio burn.

Resistance bands & Free weights
(Offers a high intensity, low impact cardio burn that minimizes impact on joints.) We also offer a wide variety of bands to focus on speed, stamina, strength, & everything in between!
TRX: Strengthens your entire body by simply using your own bodyweight…
TRX is a total body suspension-training workout, the trainee is using his own body weight and gravity to build strength, improve balance, coordination, flexibility and develop their core. The most beginner-friendly aspect of TRX is that you can very easily adjust the weight by simply taking a step in or out. I know we love it too.
Kettlebells
Kettlebells are a cast-iron weight, shaped like a ball with a handle on top for easy grip. They vary in weights so you can pick the kettlebell that’s best for you. Using a Kettlebell will involve a variety of exercises focused on lifting and swinging the kettlebells requiring you to concentrate on your posture and core, whilst working on your cardio and strength training.
Dance & Movement
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Piloxing
A blend of lengthening Pilates, strengthening non-contact boxing, and dance moves that keep your pulse high. Switching back and forth between the three vastly different disciplines, it keeps your body guessing, your mind excited, and your heart pumping.
Rollers
We end every class with a 5 minute cool down and foam rolling session to build your body not break it.
In addition to create the classes and programs our trainers will lead you through a low impact, high intensity workout to provide you with the best experience as possible. They are the experts of low , effective and safe impact training!
