This programme, devised by Paola Kennedy, is all about
empowering an individual while creating awareness towards the
importance of investing in their own long-term physical and mental wellbeing.
It is a program which blends Yoga, Dance- Movement, Mindfulness, Play,
the importance of Values andinvites individuals to express themselves through movement
whilst also giving them the tools to help them relax and become
more confident, happier, calmer, less anxious and more in
connection with their inner selves.
