This programme, devised by Paola Kennedy, is all about
empowering an individual while creating awareness towards the
importance of investing in their own long-term physical and mental wellbeing.
It is a program which blends Yoga, Dance- Movement, Mindfulness, Play,
the importance of Values andinvites individuals to express themselves through movement
whilst also giving them the tools to help them relax and become
more confident, happier, calmer, less anxious and more in
connection with their inner selves.
This combination will effectively increase fitness, reduce muscle
tension, improve concentration & mood whilst improving their
overall physical, mental health & well-being. This program creates
awareness on the importance of values and attitudes, and how
we relate to other people, to foster respectful, positive and
empathic relationships, and so shows how values and attitudes
are a major influence on our prospects for achieving a happier
future.

How the Programme works...
For this programme elements of fitness, yoga
and some elements of yoga therapy are
included.
Workshops on mindset
Stress Management, Resilience, Mindfulness, Sleep, Self Motivation, Happiness which includes the different disciplines highlighted.
Dance- Movement:
The medium of dance as a fun ice-breaker to help increase enjoyment, focus, self- confidence, boost metabolism & enhance coordination.
Yoga & Mindfulness:
Breathing techniques, relaxation & meditation and mindfulness methods..
Play- Pilates :
Teaching Pilates postures as well as some fun games to create empathy and connectedness
Languages:
We will include basic Spanish language in the sessions.
The programme runs from 6 to 10 weeks. 1 hour session per week.
Sessions are a hour long. Total investment will depend on the number of
students and number of weeks.
